GRS MONTHLY SERVICE OUTLINE

TIER 1 SERVICE – Marketing & Lead Generation

Marketing support for branding, marketing analysis & alignment, and lead generation purposes with documented reporting, and a deliverable list of leads for follow up by Client provided monthly to summarize activities, leads, and industry information.

Additionally, GRS will pitch Client to high level government professionals and set meetings with interested individuals. Meetings will be charged to Client on a per event basis at the Tier 1 level.

            Level 1 Meeting Fee – C-Level or equivalent

            Level 2 Meeting Fee – All other government meetings

TIER 2 SERVICE – Lead Gen & Sales Support

All Marketing & Lead Generations services listed above as a part of Tier 1 are included in the Tier 2 services, plus additional inside sales and lead generation support. GRS’ team of federally facing inside sales professionals will complete 300 calls per month on behalf of Client to generate leads and set meetings to establish and qualify opportunities.

These calls will be made at targeted agencies throughout the government, predetermined to be areas of best fit for the client. All meetings will be with relevant individuals ranging from procurement officers and project managers, all the way up to top-level, C-suite employees of major government agencies.

There are no meeting fees associated with Tier 2 services

TIER 3 SERVICE – Management Consulting & Business Development

As with Tier 2, all marketing and inside sales support services rendered in the lower tiers will be provided as a part of the Tier 3 package, plus additional management consulting and business development support to help Client navigate the federal landscape, and hold successful meetings with government officials, fostering success in the government space.

GRS will provide guidance through the process of getting involved with the federal government from navigating the procurement process to understanding positioning and will also provide additional BD support by giving Client coaching and in-person assistance before and during meetings with Federal officials.

There are no meeting fees associated with Tier 3 services

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These services are provided month-to-month, with a required 30-day cancellation notice. As such, the minimum term of engagement is a two month period. Clients are also able to upgrade or downgrade services between tiers by the same 30-day notice timeline.
